Dare to challenge yourself to complete not one, but three hikes after a year in lockdown! As part of our not one, not two, but Three Hikes for One Maa challenge, We’re giving you the opportunity to support the work we’ve been doing at our OneMaa Clinic. Help us continue to provide life saving services, all while enjoying the incredible views around the UK.

You must have all compulsory items on this list to ensure your safety on this hike. The guides may refuse to allow you to take part in the hike if you are not well equipped according to health and safety standards.
✓ HIKING BOOTS (Sports Direct/ Go Outdoors are good and affordable shops)
✓ LOOSE, COMFORTABLE TROUSERS (ideally waterproof)
✓ A HOODED TOP OR FLEECE
✓ A WATERPROOF COAT
✓ SCARF, GLOVES, HAT OR SUNGLASSES (depending on weather and temperature predictions on the day)
✓ SPARE CLOTHING (including socks, trousers and top)
✓ RUCKSACK (normal sized to carry items)
✓ FOOD and WATER (standard packed-lunch items, with snacks to keep your energy going. Please bring at least 2L of water)
- o WALKING POLES (Optional. For those who are not strong walkers, a walking pole is recommended)
X AVOID COTTON (Wear synthetic clothing as they are quick-drying)
X NO WELLIES
