Overview

The role of the Vice MaaMonth Manager is to support the MaaMonth Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the MaaMonth team.

Key responsibilities and objectives of the job:

  • To support the MaaMonth manager in devising a fundraising strategy during MaaMonth
  • To support the MaaMonth manager in ensuring institutions are updating the MaaMonth Calandar on excel
  • To support the MaaMonth manager in ensuring institutions reach their fundraising target during MaaMonth
  • To create and implement innovative ways of sustainable fundraising during MaaMonth
  • To agree a departmental budget and work to achieve or exceed a fundraising target for MaaMonth
  • To co-ordinate and manage fundraising
  • To motivate the MaaMonth team
  • To delegate roles to the team
  • To raise awareness for MAA
