Role Purpose
The role of the Campaigns Manager is to ensure the smooth functioning all MAA’s campaigns
Role Outline
Key responsibilities and objectives of the job:
● To oversee all Campaign activities
● To line manage and motivate the campaign team
● To delegate roles to the campaign team
● To raise awareness for MAA
● To create and implement in devising a fundraising strategy during the year
● To have a timeline meeting with the Head of Fundraising
● To agree a departmental budget and work to achieve or
exceed a fundraising target
● To chair campaign team meetings
● To report back to the Head of Fundraising with monthly updates
