Assistant Secretary Manager


To work closely with the General Secretary and to support the General Secretary with the running of the MAA Committee. To support the General Secretary with the running of the MAA Committee

Key responsibilities and objectives of the job:

  • To support, work and complete any tasks given by the General Secretary
  • To be a pastoral care for the Admin team in their projects
  • To organise, attend and minute the Admin team meetings
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • To create and update MAA Team Packs
  • To create and update MAA timeline
  • To update the MAA contact spreadsheet
  • Reminding the Head of Admin and team members of important tasks and deadlines
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • To escalate any issues to the relevant executive committee (Heads)
