Digital Analyst

Overview

The Digital Analyst is responsible for designing and integrating solutions for web, email and data driven marketing. They will contribute towards the aesthetic and functional design of our website and create email templates and marketing materials for campaigns. Analysts will also interpret data from web, email and social feeds to produce reports which help inform effective content delivery. Successful applicants will frequently be working with WordPress, Mailchimp and Salesforce CRM systems. Prior experience with these platforms is not necessary, however, applicants must display a keen interest in learning them.

Although these skills will be beneficial to applicants, they are in no way mandatory. Candidates without these skills will still be considered for the position.

Working Hours

As a charity run mainly by students we understand applicants may have to balance their studies and other personal commitments. Working hours are therefore flexible however, we expect all volunteers to be committed to their role and dedicate several hours a week to their work.
